We require this information for internal record keeping. In the UK it is a requirement to keep records of all account transactions for 6 years for tax purposes. We may use this information to improve our products/services.

If you have opted to join our mailing list, we use the information you provide (name and email address) to send periodical emails regarding new products, special offers or other news/information relating to our business which we think you might be interested in. You can opt out of this at any time. You will never be automatically added to our mailing list, even if you place an order.

Oddity Closet do not collect or store any financial information but we receive information from our payment processor regarding the payment, such as the date and time of order as well as your contact/delivery details. 

We keep a note of your details for a limited time in case there are problems with the post. We use Royal Mail and they have a cut off time of 3 months to investigate missing parcels. Any emails relating to purchases are deleted every 3 months. Certificates of postage, which feature delivery addresses, are shredded every 3 months.


This website allows you to use social media plug-ins to access features from sites such as Facebook and Twitter. These plug-ins are completely optional. The social networks you choose to connect with collect information about you when you use them, however this privacy policy does not apply to that data as it is neither stored or controlled by us. Please refer to the Privacy Statement of the relevant social media platforms regarding the data collected by their plug-ins. Choosing to use these plugins does not provide us with access to anything that you share on your social media accounts. 

If you choose to connect with us on our social media pages then we can of course see the information you make public such as your name on the platform.
